Pork Adobo

Hi. I'm going to show you an easy way to make show you how to make Pork Adobo, a tangy, savory, and slightly sweet Filipino dish.

  1. Cut the pork belly into bite-size or cube size then set aside.
  2. Pound and mince the bulb.
  3. Finley chop the onion bulb.
  4. Heat your casserole pot to medium-high heat.
  5. First, sauté the onion until we have a clear texture.
  6. Add the garlic sauté it until the aroma comes out.
  7. Add the pork belly and ground black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and oyster sauce.
  8. Then add 1-2 cups of water and simmer it for 30-45 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  9. When it’s cooked transfer it to a bowl and serve it with hot white rice.
