Ginisang Munggo

Hi. I'm going to show you an easy way to make Ginisang Munggo, a savory Filipino mung bean soup.

  1. Put-in the beef cube and fish sauce, simmer for 10 mins or until the meat is tender. (Note: If necessary, you may add water to help make the meat tender but make sure to add more time to simmer.)
  2. Add the shrimp stir and then cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the cooked Mung beans.
  4. Stir and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the spinach and pork rinds (chicharon).
  6. Sprinkle the ground black pepper.
