  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes or bite-size and set aside with the drumstick. Pound and mince the garlic. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Heat your casserole pot medium to high.
  3. Sauté the onion until there’s a clear texture or until it separates.
  4. Add the garlic and sauté until aromas come out.
  5. Add the chicken and the remaining ingredients, plus 1 cup of water.
  6. Braise for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce starts to thicken.
  7. Serve in a bowl with hot white rice.
